What is the Rob Arra Collection?

The Rob Arra Collection is the portfolio of fine stadium panoramic photos taken by Rob Arra and his associates. These photographs are marketed by our company, "Everlasting Images", and are available for purchase on our web site, Stadium Views (http://www.stadiumviews.com).

Why are the pictures marked "The Rob Arra Collection"?

This is a watermark put on the photos for copyright purposes. The watermark will NOT appear on your purchased poster.

What size posters are available?

Regular size posters are 13.5" x 39".
"New Edition" posters are somewhat smaller at 9.5" x 27".
Custom oversized and combination ticket pieces are also available.

Are the posters framed?

Posters are available rolled or framed.
Standard framing consists of a black or cherry-finished frame, and high quality plexiglass.
Deluxe framing uses a black or cherry-finished frame, double-matting, and a brass plaque is added that can be custom-engraved.

What other options are available?

Our Signature Series offers photos of notable games signed in the margins by team players.
Some photos are available as a 616-piece jigsaw puzzle; frames for these are also available.
We also offer custom-framed Ticket Pieces that incorporate your ticket (you normally supply the ticket) and either an engraved plaque or an event pin.

What is on the brass plaque?

The plaque normally will have the team name and either the championship or the stadium name. You may have the plaque custom-engraved instead with such things as "A Gift From --", "Happy Birthday", etc. Custom engraving is subject to a length limitation. An additional charge may apply.

What will it cost to ship my order?

All rolled, standard framed and deluxe framed poster prices include FREE standard UPS ground shipping to the continental United States. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping by other carriers can be arranged; this will be treated as a custom order. Custom and oversize items will incur a shipping charge that will be quoted at time of order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can make international shipments. However, shipping costs are different for each country; contact us for a shipping quote. In some cases international shipments may be liable for import duty or VAT charge; these are your responsibility.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We send orders out via UPS.
Most unframed orders ship within 2 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
Framed orders generally ship within 3 business days and usually arrive within 8-10 business days.
Expedited delivery is available at additional cost.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you place your order online, you will get an immediate confirmation that you should save or print out. You will also be emailed your delivery tracking number. You monitor your order delivery by clicking on "Track your order".

What is your return policy?

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our product, notify us within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange or replace the product at no cost to you.

What is your privacy policy?

We strictly protect and enforce the confidentiality of your personal information. Under no circumstances will we sell or rent your personal information to other businesses. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in us.

Do you have a mailing list?

We do not send out a regular newsletter, but if you join our email mailing list we will occasionally send you a notice of new offerings.
